THE CHALLENGE
At NINJAZ Canada Inc., our Junior Ninja program, which was a program catered towards 8-14 year olds, was flourishing. Our Master Ninja program for adults, on the other hand, was not. The marketing, events and program departments teamed up to host a UCAA Competition, which included both Juniors and Masters. This created a close-knit community within the Juniors and also increased the amount of adults that participated at our facility.
THE SOLUTION
We were very pleased with the adults that began to visit NINJAZ on a regular basis to train for the competition. To maintain the motivation, we decided to launch a Motivational Mondays series. The content of this series consisted of pictures of our new consistent customers, along with motivational quotes, not only motivating our newest members but also making them feel that they are a part of the NINJAZ family.
