Sparks from the Same Fire

Sparks from the Same Fire is a book written by jasdeep Singh Richmond Hill and is a compilation of short stories which include "The Chaah is Boiling Over" and "The Man on the Curb." I received the opportunity to design the covers for these stories.

THE PROCESS

The process of creating these book covers was very rich. It started off by reading the books and noting all the visuals that came to mind and feelings that they evoked. Next, I created sketches and moodboards which resonated with the atmosphere of the narratives. I continued to explore various mediums of expressing the narrative through such as painting and photography.
